Paying by Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you prefer, you may also contact a customer service representative to setup your account and enter your credit card over the phone at 1-800-BIG-TRAY (1-800-244-8729). Paying By Purchase Order
BigTray does not offer credit terms, however, there are some exceptions, usually for government and large institutions. If you meet these requirements and would like to pay by purchase order, please send an e-mail to help@bigtray.com. One of our customer service representatives will contact you about applying for credit terms.
Note: Debtor is required to pay BigTray for attorney fees and cost incurred to collect bad debts.
Paying by Check
If you'd like to pay by check, please contact Customer Service to place your order.
Paying by COD
BigTray does not ship COD.
Paying By Coupon
Occasionally, BigTray will distribute coupons as part of a special promotion. However, these coupons are not generally available. To redeem a coupon, just enter your coupon claim code on the payment page of the checkout process. Coupons are limited to one per order.
